All our products are hand made from scratch in the shop using the highest quality organic flour. We only use flour, water and salt and slow natural fermentation (typically 36 hours) to produce our sourdough breads, maximising flavour and aiding digestion.
We continue to extend our use of locally grown and stone milled organic and sustainably farmed wheat.
